1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Route2Kolleg, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service scope
Route2Kolleg is an independent educational app for Studienkolleg preparation. The app provides practice questions, Typkurs-focused exercises, German language training, progress tools, saved questions, and educational content.
3. Educational disclaimer
Route2Kolleg is for preparation and study support only. It does not guarantee admission to Studienkolleg, passing an entrance exam, visa approval, university admission, or any other official outcome. Users must always verify official requirements with the relevant Studienkolleg, university, authority, or official source.
4. No official affiliation
Route2Kolleg is not affiliated with any Studienkolleg, university, German government authority, immigration office, or exam provider.
5. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise the app or its backend services.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the app content without permission.
- Present Route2Kolleg content as official advice or official examination material.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
If paid features are available, purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and may be managed through RevenueCat. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow Apple App Store rules. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
8. Content and updates
Route2Kolleg may update practice content, question banks, daily questions, and features over time. We may correct, remove, or change content for accuracy, quality, legal, or product reasons.
9. Intellectual property
The app design, content structure, practice materials, text, branding, and software are owned by the operator or licensed for use unless stated otherwise. You may use the app for personal study, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit the app content without permission.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Some features may depend on internet access, Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple services, or other third-party services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Route2Kolleg is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, admission outcomes, visa outcomes, exam results, or decisions made based on app content.
12. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if the app is misused, if these Terms are violated, or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
13. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection and data protection rights remain unaffected where they apply.
