No. Route2Kolleg is an independent educational app and is not affiliated with any Studienkolleg, university, government authority, or exam provider.

Does the app guarantee admission or exam success?

No. The app is for preparation only. It cannot guarantee admission, passing, visa approval, or any official outcome.

How do I restore purchases?

Open the app, go to the account or paywall area, and use the restore purchases option. Purchases are managed through the Apple App Store.

How do I delete my account?

If account deletion is available in the app, open settings and follow the delete account flow. You may also contact support at support@route2de.com.

How are daily questions updated?

Route2Kolleg may publish new reviewed questions through cloud content updates. Normal question updates do not require an App Store update.
