Route2DE is an independent educational platform that helps users prepare for the Ausbildung pathway to Germany.

This policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use Route2DE.

2. Personal Data We Process

• Account data: name, email, user identifier (UID), encrypted authentication credentials.
• Assessment data: readiness answers, assessment results, saved history, user preferences.
• Technical data: device type, operating system version, app performance data, crash reports, and basic analytics.

We do not process precise location, personal contacts, photo gallery content, or payment card information.

3. How Data Is Collected

Data is collected when you create an account, use assessment features, save results, and interact with the app.

Route2DE uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.

4. Legal Basis

For users in Indonesia, processing follows applicable Indonesian data protection rules, including Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP).

For users in Germany/EU, processing follows GDPR/DSGVO principles, including consent, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests where applicable.

5. Purpose of Processing

• Provide core app functionality and account authentication.
• Store and display assessment results and user progress.
• Improve service quality, security, and performance.
• Diagnose technical issues.
• Manage optional subscription features if enabled in future releases.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data, do not share personal data for advertising profiling, and do not use cross-app tracking.

Data may be processed through Google Firebase infrastructure according to their service terms.

7. International Data Transfers

Because we use global cloud infrastructure, data may be processed outside your country with reasonable safeguards under applicable law.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active or as needed for service and legal compliance. After account deletion, related data is deleted or anonymized as operationally required.

9. User Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, processing restriction, or consent withdrawal, subject to applicable law.

Route2DE is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No digital system can be guaranteed 100% risk-free.
